I started my lifestyle change in 2017. My fitness journey is one of my greatest accomplishments so far. I not only changed my appearance with my Slim Thick Program, but also gained knowledge, confidence, healthy eating habits, control over my mind. I created this program for all women no matter their shape, size, or experience level. The goal is to help all women in the world who are ready to level up with a lifestyle change.
When I first started my fitness journey in 2017 I had no idea where I was going with it, but I knew that something wasn't right at that point in my life. Through my fitness journey I have learned so much about myself. I didn't realize that I could do anything that I set my mind to. There were many trials and tribulations throughout my fitness journey but I refused to give up.
